This handmade chefs knife was the winner of the Bladeshow 2026 best kitchen knife award. The stunning linear Damascus pattern features 16 tapering gradient bars that terminate mid blade, matching the carved tapered reeding of the vintage paper micarta handle. The 8-pointed “Crown” fit is a worlds first as far as we can tell, and leads into the sculpted modified coffin handle shape.

I often equate high performance chefs knives to super cars, they do excellent for what they're built for, racing on the track, but you wouldn't want to take them off-roading. This knife will hold up best used on a wooden cutting board, and being dried off immeaditaly after use, and of course, it does not go in the dishwasher.
 
Please note: these knives are carbon steel, which requires more care than the average stainless Walmart chef's knife. The steel will develop a beautiful patina with time, and the patina it builds will actually help protect against the bad type of corrosion. If they do get rusty, however, we are happy to restore and resharpen them.
