This one-of-a-kind custom Damascus chef's knife is hand forged from a complex hex-based woven mosaic Damascus pattern, then feather cut to create a stunning design resembling rye grass in a uniquely geometric style. The knife features an integral bolster, Will’s signature V-shaped heirloom bolster fit, and an extremely dark cut of African Blackwood sculpted into a modified faceted coffin handle, polished to a semi-matte finish.
 
The cutting performance of this knife is excellent—it’s very thin behind the edge and features a dynamic flat-to-convex grind with aggressive distal taper. This knife will fit perfectly in either a working kitchen or a custom collection.
