The Stelter Kiradashi 2.0, machined from AEB-L stainless steel, is professionally hardened to 62 HRC. The biggest change with V2 is the single bevel hollow grind, these knives cut more like a razor than a chisel. The brand new black oxide finish and mirror polished edge combine for a sleek, precise aesthetic. Each knife includes a handmade leather edge cover from Teton Leather, crafted in Idaho Falls, ID.
 
The Kiridashi, a traditional Japanese design, excels at woodworking, carving, and general shop tasks. This modern reimagination began nearly a decade ago with Will’s first Kiridashi. Since then, the design has evolved to achieve optimal proportions and ergonomics.
