This Santoku blends centuries-old materials with modern craftsmanship. The blade is forged from 75 layers of high-carbon Damascus steel, creating a fluid, rippling grain that’s as functional as it is beautiful—offering strength, edge retention, and timeless character.
 
The handle is shaped from ancient Bog Oak, carbon-dated to thousands of years old and pulled from peat bogs where it has slowly darkened and hardened over time. Its deep, smoky tone and subtle texture bring an earthy elegance to the knife, complementing the complexity of the Damascus blade.
 
Shaped in Will's classic Santoku style, this knife is built for slicing, dicing, and precision prep work. Each piece is handmade and completely unique—crafted to perform and built to last. No two are ever the same.
