This paring knife is an incredibly handy little tool to have in the kitchen. Paring knives are made to be used in the hand, rather than on a cutting board like a full size chefs knife. These knives are hand ground from 52100, with an aggressive distal taper, they're incredibly light and nimble, but stiff enough to feel sturdy for cutting or peeling tasks.
Details-
- 3" blade
- 7 3/8" overall length
- 3/4" wide
- 0.075" thick
- 62-63 HRC 52100 carbon steel

NOTE- these knives are carbon steel, which requires more care than a the average stainless Walmart chefs knife. The steel will develop a beautiful patina with time, and the patina they build will actually help prevent the bad type of corrosion. If they do get rusty however, we are happy to restore and resharpen them.
