The Highline Santoku is a 6" AEBL stainless steel Japanese-Western fusion culinary knife, 100% made in the USA, perfectly suited for every day kitchen use. The vision for the highline was to offer a high performance kitchen knife without the hand forged price-tag, we are thrilled with the result.

The dynamic "Highline" grind gives a thin tip for exceptional slicing and detail work, while the thicker cross section at the heel offers plenty of support for making it through tougher foods. The thin edge puts up little resistance going through watery or delicate fruits and vegetables. This is an excellent knife for either passionate home cooks or the dedicated professional. Because of the thin edge of these knives, they are not made to go through bone or chop down trees, they are purpose-built to perform in the kitchen and will thrive in that environment, however damage may happen with misuse. We recommend wooden end grain cutting boards for getting the most longevity from your knifes edge, and regular stropping or honing to keep it in tip top shape.
